Following and unfollowing
Following someone adds their posts and sessions to your Feed, so you can track their progress and hold each other accountable.

Find someone
Go to Search and search by username or name. Tap their profile.

Tap Follow
Tap the Follow button on their profile. If their account is Private, they'll need to approve your request first.
Unfollowing
Visit the person's profile and tap Unfollow. Their posts will no longer appear in your Feed.
