Guided Tour

The Guided Tour is an interactive walkthrough that teaches you GamiLife by walking through the actual app with a spotlight and explanations at each step.

What it covers

  • Your Feed - how to read and interact with posts from people you follow
  • Goals - how to create a goal and start your first session
  • Sessions - the live session timer, focus/break mode, and pausing
  • Reflection - what happens when a session ends and how XP is recorded

How to start the tour

Go to Settings and tap Guided Tour. The tour begins on your Feed and walks forward through Goals, a live session, and the reflection screen.

You can exit the tour at any time using the ✕ button in the top-right of the tour dialog, and restart it from Settings whenever you like.
